If I buy park tickets now for 2012, will I be eligible for MAGIC YOUR WAY offers? I'm hoping to get free dining or discounts on our hotels closer to our trip. Thanks!

    Liza:

Typically, most Magic Your Way package discounts include tickets, so the short answer, is 'no,' if we look at how current offers like free dining work (you must purchase a room and two days of park tickets at a minimum to get the dining plan for free).

However, Disney often has offers room-only discounts--as much as 40% off of a Deluxe room, like what you'll find here.

If it's a significant savings in ticket prices that you're finding, it might be worth the risk. But if it's less than 10%, it may not be worth the hassle of keeping up with the tickets...

If you need help planning that trip in 2012, feel free to come visit us at the Mom's Panel!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
