If I buy park tickets but have to change my travel dates how long are the tickets good for?

Hi there, Laura! Thank you for visiting us at planDisney, and for your question. It's always nice to see a fellow Texan here, I am happy to help!

Changing dates to your unused Theme Park Tickets should be a fairly easy process. Open up your My Disney Experience mobile app, and select "Tickets and Passes". Select the tickets you wish to change, and press "Change Ticket". Use the calendar to select and update your new travel dates, as well as any price increases (if there are any), and pay the difference.

The My Disney Experience mobile app is a great tool to use on your Disney vacation. From checking attraction wait times, to ordering food using Mobile Order, it can do it all! On your visit, consider purchasing Disney Genie+ to enhance your experience at Walt Disney World. If you are like me, and not a fan of waiting in standby queues for attractions, Genie+ is the way to go! Select attractions require Individual Lightning Lane purchases (such as TRON: Lightcycle/Run or Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind)  and these are also worth every penny.

Laura, thank you again for stopping by planDisney! I hope your dates work out and you can enjoy a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World in May!

    Happy Planning!
