If I buy park hopper tickets, do we have to change parks or can we stay in our starting park all day?

    Hi there, Shannon!

I know what you mean! Sometimes you’re having so much fun right where you’re at, you don’t want it to end. So if you are enjoying your time in one particular Disneyland Resort theme park, you may feel free to stay in that park all day until the park closes.

Guests with Park Hopper tickets may choose to hop over to the other theme park after 1:00 PM, subject to park capacity. But it is not required to visit both theme parks each day you use your Park Hopper tickets. My family often likes to start our visits in Disneyland Park one day, then Disney California Adventure Park the next day. Then on later days during our visit we will often hop back and forth between parks, repeating favorite attractions and seeking out missed snacks.

However you choose to enjoy the Disneyland Resort theme parks, I hope you have a magical time, Shannon!
