Bonjour Fabiana and welcome to planDisney!
As a regular visitor to
Disneyland Paris, it will be my absolute pleasure to answer your question, today.
It is not common practice for guests visiting Disneyland Paris to receive mail, ship items in advance of their arrival or, arrange grocery deliveries to their hotel, in the same way that it is when visiting Walt Disney World and although I have stayed at various Disney Hotels, many times over the years, I have never attempted to have anything delivered to them.
As there is no official policy on this, I would recommend contacting
Newport Bay Club directly using the following email address:- dlp.npb.guest.relations@disney.com.
They will be able to confirm if it is possible to receive packages at the hotel as well as providing you with the exact delivery address of the hotel and any other information that needs to be included.
I'm not sure exactly what items you are considering shipping but, can tell you that there are lots of great places to shop at the Disney Parks and
Disney Village. You're definitely going to want to stop by
World of Disney - I could easily spend a few hours in there, looking at all of the merchandise on offer!
As an alternative option, did you know that there is a large shopping centre at Val d'Europe in Serris which is just a short rideshare journey or, one stop away on the train from the Marne-La-Vallée/Chessy station, located at the entrance to Disneyland Paris?
Here, you will find a whole host of different shops including a big supermarket called Auchan. When my family visit Disneyland Paris, we usually take a trip here, on our arrival day, to stock up with drinks and snacks for during our stay.
I hope that this information has been of help, Fabiana. Please do feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any further assistance with the planning of your trip.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
