When you buy a one day ticket, can you do magic kingdom, epcot and hollywood studios all the same day?

Welcome to planDisney, Sherry! Exploring multiple parks in one day is sure to bring tons of fun and magic your way.

If you have a one-day standard Disney ticket only, it allows you into one park per day. So if you bought just a regular one-day ticket, you’d have to choose between Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Disney's Animal Kingdom.

If you want to visit more than one park on the same day, you’ll need to purchase the Park Hopper option with your ticket. With Park Hopper, you can start your day in one park, and then, you’re free to hop to another park (or even a third, if you’ve still got the energy!). So yes, it’s possible to do Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios in one day, but only if your one-day ticket has the Park Hopper upgrade.

Just keep in mind it’ll be a pretty busy day with lots of moving around, so it helps to plan which rides or attractions are your “must-dos” at each park. That way, you make the most of your hopping.

My family enjoys park hopping when we are only spending a couple of days at Disney. Making a list and checking it twice for our must-do attractions helps us make the most of our short visit.

Stop by and visit with me again if you have more questions about the order you should visit or which attractions should be at the top of your list.
