Hiya, pal!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by as you plan a visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth during
the most magical time of the year!
With so much to do in each of the four theme parks, it's easy to understand wanting to make the most of your ticket. When you
purchase a one-day ticket, you'll select the date that you plan to use it, and it will be valid from park opening to park closing on that date. If you're purchasing a base ticket, you'll also choose which park you'll be visiting. To visit more than one park in a single day, you'll want to make sure that you add the
Park Hopper Option to your ticket.
I recently visited all four theme parks in one day with my teenage son and had the best time enjoying some of our favorite attractions! We chose to begin at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park because it opened the earliest - giving us a jump start on our busy day! We also purchased
Lightning Lane Multi Passes for Animal Kingdom and modified our attraction selections to other parks after redeeming our first Lightning Lane early in the morning. From Animal Kingdom, we headed to
Disney's Hollywood Studios, then
EPCOT, and ended the night at
Magic Kingdom Park.
As you're planning your December visit, don't forget to
confirm theme park hours. Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom both offer special-ticketed events several nights each week throughout the holiday season. While the Hours & Events Calendar won't update until about 60 days before your visit, you can check the nights that
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and
Disney's Jollywood Nights are offered now and plan for those parks to close earlier than normal on party nights.
I hope this information has been helpful as you continue planning your visit. If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney - we're all ears!
Cheers!
Kristi
