Now, it sounds like you’ve already tried following the links, but let’s double-check the best way to order. If you open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and scroll to the “More Magic” section, you should see a link that says “Purchase”—which I know you’ve already attempted. Once it takes you to the
DisneyBand+ website, you should see your reservation and stateroom number listed. After scrolling past the names of your travel party, look for a “Get Started” button. Click that, then select the name of the person you’re purchasing for, and from there, you should be able to choose your design and complete the order.
If you’ve done all of that and it still feels like you’re trapped in an Ursula-style whirlpool, a few troubleshooting tricks might help:
• Log out completely from the website, then log back in.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies—sometimes that’s the magic spell needed to break the loop!
• Try a different device or browser—I’ve had better luck using a computer rather than my phone.

Call Disney Cruise Line—they’ve got all the pixie dust to help you out.
Now, if you’re eyeing a specific DisneyBand+ design and don’t mind purchasing separately, you can also check
Disney Store for options. Just be sure to pay close attention to shipping timelines so it arrives before your adventure at sea. Keep in mind that while Disney offers a variety of designs, the selection might be different from what’s available when purchasing directly through Disney Cruise Line.
