Ahoy There, Randy!
What can I say except you're welcome here at planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question. How exciting that you have an upcoming cruise on the horizon. Our family loves Disney Cruise Line cruises, because it's a wonderful way to discover dazzling places we never knew while being immersed in the magic of Disney.
Randy, you have a couple of options for your upcoming cruise. If you already have a
Disney Band+ (or Magic Band+ as it is called in the Disney Parks), you can use the same one on the Disney Cruise. They work both in the theme parks and on the cruises.
However, if you would like to purchase one specific for your cruise, you can do so by logging into your account on the Disney Cruise Line website. On the top menu bar, scroll to where it says "Already Booked" and go to "My Reservations." From here, you should be able to purchase your Disney Band+ since you have a booked cruise.
Now, a couple of important things to note about purchasing your Disney Band+. Online orders are available only to United States residents with a valid shipping address once you have booked your reservation on select Disney Cruise Line ships and itineraries. The times in which you can order your DisneyBand+ may vary but will begin more than 11 days prior to your sail date.
You can also
purchase a Disney Band+ onboard the cruise or at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, or from the
Disney Store. Then you can link them to your account by going to the Disney Cruise Line website, scrolling to "Already Booked" and then going under "My Account" and selecting "Disney Band + and More."
I hope this helps you, Randy! If you have any further Disney Cruise Line planning questions, surf back here and give us a wave. We'll be so happy to welcome you aboard and help you.
Anchors Aweigh!
