When I buy the memory maker is the photopass card mailed to me or do I get it at a counter at any disney park or disney springs?

Hi Maria! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner! I know how excited you must be. Purchasing Memory Maker in advance is not only a great way to save money, but also the best way to capture moments on your vacation that you will want to remember forever!

You have a few options for linking your PhotoPass photos to Memory Maker. If you have a MagicBand linked to your My Disney Experience account, the PhotoPass photographer can tap your MagicBand to auto-magically link your photos for you. You can also do this with a regular Walt Disney World theme park ticket (card). Another option is to request a PhotoPass card from the first photographer that takes your picture, or visit one of the Disney PhotoPass Centers located in the theme parks or the Disney PhotoPass Service Studio in Disney Springs and request a PhotoPass card. You will then need to link the PhotoPass card to your My Disney Experience account to use it with your Memory Maker.

I hope this helps and that you make a lot of special memories during your vacation, Maria! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
