    If I buy a magicband+ from the Disney store, will it still work on Disney Dream? The one I really want isn’t available in the Disney Cruise disneyband+ store and I want to make sure it will still work on the cruise.

    Welcome back to planDisney, Jessica.  Your magical vacation onboard the Disney Dream continues to get closer and closer on the horizon.

    A MagicBand+ can be used just like a DisneyBand+ on the Disney Dream.  I really like wearing one because it is waterproof, just in case I get on the AquaDuck! You can access your stateroom, make purchases to charge to your stateroom folio and experience some interactive features around the ship with it.  Make sure to pack the charging cable that comes with it.

    Make sure to download and use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to help with pairing your MagicBand+ via Bluetooth once you are onboard the Disney Dream.   You can also use the Navigator app to view onboard activities and chat with family and friends who are also sailing with you.  I like to view the menus for dinner in the rotational dining restaurants so I can know what to order when I arrive!
