Welcome to planDisney! When it comes to Walt Disney World vacations with me, there are three things you can always count on: I will always make the best dining reservations, I will plan my itinerary to ensure my two Mouseketeers can enjoy the fireworks at the end of the night, and I will always come home with merchandise. It is hard to pass up cute sweatshirts or Mickey-themed home décor!
Theresa, in the past, you used to be able to have items you purchased in the theme parks delivered back to your
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel (or available to pick up at the front entrance of the theme parks on the way out). While I still hold hope that this service may return one day, unfortunately, it hasn't returned yet.
If there's something you can't pass up during your trip that you don't want to wait until you're departing the theme park for the day, I have a tip to share with you. Whenever I find something that is a must-have for me (that won't fit in my children's stroller), I like to rent a
locker! This allows me to treat myself to new magical finds and not have to carry them around all day. Also, since the lockers are near the front entrance of the theme parks, I can grab whatever I purchased on the way out and back to my resort hotel. I hope this was helpful, Theresa.
