Can you buy an individual lightning lane for a park you plan on park hopping to but have a reservation for the beginning of the day at another park? Ex. I want to book an individual lightning lane for tron at night but start the day at Hollywood studios

    Hiya Justin,

Welcome to planDisney! Are you ready to enter the Grid? Walt Disney World Resort’s newest attraction is every bit as excellent as was promised. I know you will have an incredible time on TRON Lightcycle / Run! Don’t forget to bring your mobile device and enable Bluetooth with you on the attraction for the ride photo.

Great news, Justin! You are welcome to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane selection for a Theme Park that you plan to hop to later in the day. If you are a Guest of a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel, you can make this selection as early as 7 am (if you are not, then you will need to wait until the Theme Park officially opens for that day). Just make sure that you reserve your arrival window for after 2 pm. Even with a confirmed Individual Lightning Lane, you can only park hop after 2 pm.

I hope this was helpful, Justin! Please come back and see us if you need anything else.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.

Hey Y'all! I’m Ashley and I live in Texas. My family and I love trying out the yummy snacks (DOLE Whip anyone!) and taking full advantage of our resort days. When we are not piloting the Millennium Falcon, exploring Kilimanjaro Safaris, or watching fireworks, you can find me planning our next adventure to Walt Disney World! I am so excited that you are planning a trip, and I look forward to helping you dig a little deeper and find the magic in all of the wonders of Walt Disney World Resort. Learn More About Ashley
