    Hello! I am going to buy a Incredi-pass when they become available. I am already have tickets booked. How do I transfer my ticket and pay the difference?

    Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your question about upgrading your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket to one of the new Walt Disney World Resort annual passes.

    Guests will be able to upgrade regular Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets that remain fully unused and are not expired, or have been used but that you are upgrading on the same day of use. I am thrilled to learn that you plan on upgrading your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket to the Disney Incredi-Pass. 

    Beginning September 8, 2021, eligible Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets can be upgraded to select Annual Pass types via the My Disney Experience mobile app or by visiting a Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window. Additionally, upgrades can be made by visiting the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or by speaking to a friendly Cast Member via phone.
