If I buy a "Hopper" ticket, do I need to pre-register my attendance? And, at what time may I enter the 2nd Park? What are the chances that a Park will hit capacity on March 19, 2026 and my Hopper ticket will not be usable?

Greetings, Edward, and welcome to planDisney!

I'm so glad you stopped by with this (very important!) question. Park-hopping is a fantastic way to squeeze every drop of pixie dust from your Walt Disney World vacation! I'm all about maximizing the magic, so I'm happy to help you iron out the details. Let's hop right to it!

First of all, I'm so excited to hear you're considering the Park Hopper® Option for your upcoming stay. One of my favorite things about Disney World is the immersive environments you'll find throughout the resort, like Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Pandora - The World of Avatar, and those stunning World Showcase pavilions over at EPCOT. And if I can visit all of them all in the same day? Well, that's even better!

Edward, my family loves park-hopping because it gives us the freedom to change our minds and the flexibility to go with the flow. I'm so happy to share that Theme Park Reservations are generally only required for Walt Disney World Annual Pass holders. If you purchase Park Hopper tickets for your upcoming trip, you'll be able to visit any park on any day, without advance reservations! Great news, right?

Well, here's the best part: you're also free to park-hop all day long! With your Park Hopper ticket, you can visit as many parks as you'd like, whenever you'd like, with no time limitations. While park-hopping can be restricted if a park reaches capacity, this is a really rare occurrence in my experience. I have a hunch you'll have nothing to worry about during your trip this month!

Park-hopping is a ton of fun, but before you embark on your big adventure, make sure you know how to get around! While the Disney World transportation system offers buses that run directly from park to park, these typically don't begin running until around 10:00 AM (it's not a science, so give or take a few minutes on this one!). You'll also want to allow plenty of time for transportation between parks, especially if you're on your way to a Lightning Lane experience or an Advance Dining Reservation. If you're short on time, consider taking a Minnie Van™. They may look sweet like Minnie Mouse, but they're almost as speedy as Lightning McQueen!

I hope this information is helpful, Edward! You'll be hopping around Disney World in no time, but if you have any other planning questions, you know where to find me right here at planDisney!

    Adventure is out there,
