    If I buy half-day convention tickets through the convention site (my company has a booth) could I use the tickets a month early, or are they only valid for convention dates? The check-out screen makes no mention at all of the usage dates even in the Terms.

    I think the ticket use policy for the tickets you purchased could depend on the specifics of your convention, the theme park ticket offerings associated with the convention, and how you purchased the tickets.

    My best suggestion is for you to contact Disney Group Sales at (407)-828-3200 or Walt Disney World Group & Convention Theme Park Tickets & Passes at (407) 566-5600. If you share with these teams the details of the tickets that you purchased, I'm hopeful they can advise you on the specific use policies for those tickets.

    In looking into your question, I learned that theme park tickets related to a convention are typically valid only for the dates of the related convention. You'll want to find out specifically when the tickets you purchased are valid, and I think contacting either the Group Sales team or the Group & Convention team can help you find out more.
