Is there a way to buy only a half day ticket?

    Greetings Leah!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for the great question!

I happen to be an expert at spending a half-day at the Disneyland Resort! As an Annual Passholder who lives close by, I have the luxury popping over to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” for just a few hours at a time! I tend to arrive early in the morning for rope drop and head back home in the late afternoon. Unfortunately, half-day tickets are not an available standard ticket option. On occasion, Anaheim convention attendees may be offered discounted tickets to be used in the late afternoon and evening. If you are attending a conference, I recommend reaching out to the event organizers to inquire about ticket availability. Alternatively, you may purchase a standard single day park ticket on the Disneyland website, the Disneyland App, or at the Main Entrance ticket booth.

If you’re looking to maximize your time in the parks, consider adding the Disney MaxPass feature. For a set price you’ll have the ability to make digital Disney FASTPASS selections right from your mobile device. You'll enjoy the convenience of making Disney FASTPASS reservations using the Disneyland App. It will save you time since you don’t have to visit individual FASTPASS distribution kiosks. If you have a Park Hopper ticket and MaxPass, you can make FASTPASS selections for either park, no matter which park you are currently in. It's a must-have when you're short on time!

No matter how brief your visit, I hope you have a wonderful time at the Disneyland Resort! Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with additional questions. We’re all EARS!
