    Can I buy Genie plus in advance? I am staying on property and have reservations and tickets.

    Hello, Mary! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for your visit! 

    I can see you’ll soon be visiting Walt Disney World and are interested in checking out the Disney Genie Service along with Disney Genie+! Fantastic! I can’t wait to try it myself and would love to help.
    When it comes to already existing Theme Park Tickets and Park Pass Reservations, you will not be able to add Genie+ service in advance. Instead, you will need to add it each day you wish to use it by logging on to your My Disney Experience account anytime after midnight the night before your visit. After you’ve added the service, you’ll be able to make your first Genie+ selection at 7 am on the morning of your visit.
