Hey Kristine!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Planning a stay at
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is so exciting!
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is my favorite hotel at the Disneyland Resort. We have made countless memories with our kids at the resort. A lot of people don’t know but the resort is a
Disney Vacation Club property. Typically, Disney Vacation Club resorts keep grocery items on hand for guests with full size kitchens in their villas. You’ll be happy to hear that Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa still has the little “market” stocked with a limited supply of grocery items. It is located inside
GHC Craftsman Grill next to the future
Tenaya Stone Spa. While they don’t stock a full size gallon of milk, they do stock a half-gallon of milk. I will mention that you would probably not be able to fit a full size gallon of milk into the standard in room refrigerators anyway.
While you’re staying at the resort don’t forget that you’ll enjoy
Extra Magic Hour every day of your stay and depending on the day of the week, it will either be one hour early access at Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. If you’re going to Disney California Adventure Park first thing in the morning, remember that Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa has its own private entrance into the park that is reserved exclusively for hotel guests in the morning. No other US park has this option.
Well Kristine, I hope that you have the most wonderful stay at the Happiest Place on Earth. If you have other questions please come back and let us know!
Remember, always believe in the magic!
