Hello, Julie! It's been a while since you've asked us a question here at planDisney, but I'm so happy you're back!
In short, yes, you can add the
Park Hopper Option to your
theme park ticket after using it for 2 days. However, I would not recommend it because the Park Hopper Option is tied to the entire length of your ticket. This means that no matter when you add it, you will pay the same price. To put that into perspective, you'd not only be paying for this add-on for the rest of your ticket length, but you'd also be paying for the 2 days you've already used and didn't even have the benefit of using. Instead, I highly recommend adding it either before you arrive at the resort or on the very first day so that you can get the full use of this add-on and park hop to your heart's content!
Did you know that if your theme park ticket has the Park Hopper Option, you can once again hop whenever you'd like (subject to capacity limitations)? There is no longer a set time for when you can start park hopping. Personally, when I'm trying to get the most park time possible, I look at the
calendar to see which park opens the earliest (oftentimes
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park) and which one closes the latest (a lot of times it's
Magic Kingdom Park). This way, I can stay in the theme parks as long as possible...and likely collapse afterward in the bed of my
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room! That's if I actually make it there and don't fall asleep on the
monorail first! If you see me, kindly wake me up at my stop.
If you have any other questions,
you can reach out directly to me and I'll get those answers to you!
Please stand clear of the sleeping man in the
DisneyBound outfit,
Matt
