Can I buy Florida resident tickets for grandchildren who are not Florida residence? All are under the age of 18

Welcome to planDisney, Sue! Thanks so much for stopping in to visit us with your question about theme park tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort!

You can absolutely purchase Florida Resident theme park tickets for your grandchildren who are under the age of 18. All you would have to do is activate their tickets using your Proof of Florida Residency at any Ticket window at the theme parks or the Disney Springs Guest Services location.

Sue, it’s important to know that your grandchildren’s tickets would only need to be activated on the first visit of a multiple day ticket. So, if you purchase multiple days, you can head right to the park entrances for every day after that initial ticket activation.

I hope I’ve been helpful! Don’t hesitate to stop back in to see us if you have any additional planning questions.

    Have a magical visit!
