    Can you buy the Florida resident pass at the park and still make the 12 monthley payments.?

    Hi Mark, as of right now, the Florida Resident monthly payment option is only available online. Payments are only accepted by credit card, and you give that information online for Disney to bill your card each month for the payment. You can find out more pricing information at the Monthly Payment Passholder page on DisneyWorld.com.
