Hi there, Ayaniris! Welcome to planDisney! I'm always pleased as Pluto to meet a fellow Floridian!
It sounds like you're hoping to enjoy some
pixie-dusted holiday cheer at the Walt Disney World Resort and then save a little fun for later. I don't blame you one bit! There's nothing like visiting the theme parks when they've got their holiday glow-up going on. While Disney does sometimes offer deals for Floridians on tickets with longer usage windows, if you were to buy a 3-Day Florida Resident Ticket right now, it would
expire five days after the start date. Using your arrival date of December 20, that means you'd have through December 25 to use all three days on your tickets. So, you do have some flexibility, but you couldn't extend it, say, into the next month.
As I mentioned, Disney does at times offer special tickets just to Floridians that may be used over longer periods of time. While we haven't received any information that they'll be doing that again next year, I'd keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and the
Florida Resident Special Offers page on the Walt Disney World website in the next few weeks since we have seen them come out with a special ticket offer in January.
Ayaniris, I hope this helps you plan a jolly holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question, and we'll see ya again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
