I would like to buy five California Resident tickets for my family. However, each person wants to go to the park on different days. The system forces you to pick three reservation dates when you purchase the tickets. Can I change those later?

Hello there, Angela! Welcome to planDisney. You've come to the right place with your ticket question!

I am so happy that Disneyland Resort recently announced the newest ticket offer for California Residents. This is a great, affordable option for families to enjoy some time in the parks this summer. You are correct that you are required to select all reservation dates at check out and if you are buying multiple tickets, all reservations would be the same. After you purchase the tickets, you can go in and modify the theme park ticket reservations. The modify option is new and so much easier than having to cancel and then rebook theme park ticket reservations. It also is a lot less stressful! Your other option would be to purchase tickets separately so you can make the appropriate theme park ticket reservations for each ticket. Either way, just be mindful that there are two options for the California Resident ticket offer, one is valid Monday through Thursday and the other for all days of the week.

If you haven't been to the parks in a while, be sure to check out the newly imagined Mickey's Toontown. It has so many neat additions and it feels a lot bigger now. I also can't get enough of Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway attraction.

Angela, thanks so much for stopping by. I hope your family enjoys their Disneyland visits.
