Hello and welcome to planDisney, Russel. Thanks for stopping by with your question!
Russel, you have a few different options to purchase another
theme park ticket for your Walt Disney World vacation. The first option would be to modify your existing vacation package to add on another Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket. If you are able to modify your current vacation package to include another day of tickets, this is the way to go because packages are designed to give you a bigger discount with the more days you've purchased. If you are able to modify your vacation package yourself, you will see this option under the reservation section of your MyDisneyExperience account. If not, you'll need to call the
Existing Ticket helpline at (407) 566-4985 and see if this is an option for you. If you aren't able to modify your existing vacation package, you can always purchase a separate one-day ticket. After you link it to your MyDisneyExperience account, you'll also need to make park pass reservations to be able to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks on the day you'd like to go. If you need to switch your park pass reservations around, that's not a problem given there is still availability at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. What you'll actually need to do is cancel your existing
park pass reservations and select all new ones. There is not a way to modify your current selections.
I have not ever had a problem with my tickets being linked to an account that I don't have access to, Russel. To troubleshoot that, you are going to need to call the
MyDisneyExperience helpline at (407) 939-4357 and speak to a Cast Member about the issue that you are having. They should be able to get it straightened out for you.
Russel, I hope this helps point you in the right direction to get your issues resolved quickly. If you have any other questions about your upcoming trip, please feel free to stop by and
ask me again. I'm here to help.
Have a great day!
