If I buy my Disney resort and Disney tickets separate, how can I link the two together so when I scan my magicband my tickets and resort tickets are together (as one)?

Hiya Makayla and welcome to planDisney!

You've chosen a truly wonderful time of year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. With the 50th Anniversary Celebration and new attractions and experiences like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind launching soon, it's getting more magical by the second! Of course, it's important to get all of your Donald and Daisy Ducks in a row before you go. So let's walk you through how to get yourself ready to make some memories using your My Disney Experience app! It's the perfect tool to keep your vacation organized from the comfort of your mobile device. You can start by making a profile if you haven't already. Just download the app to your phone and tap Create Account. Once you've followed the prompts to get set up, let the linking begin.

    1. Your Disney Resorts Collection hotel can be linked by tapping the three-lined icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Go to Future Plans and look for the section marked "Missing a reservation?". Tap Link to Account and then Link Hotel. Enter your confirmation number that would have been included in your Walt Disney World vacation confirmation email along with the last name on the reservation. and tap Submit.

    2. You can link your Tickets by tapping Ticket and Passes, the blue plus icon, and then Link Tickets & Passes. You can Enter the ID Code on the tickets and hit submit. You can link a MagicBand with these same steps.

Makayla, I hope I've been able to clear up any confusion. If you have any other questions, come right back here for more answers!

    Happy planning!
