I want to buy some Disney dollars on our trip to WDW next year. We plan on giving them to our boys as spending money. I've been told they are no longer available. Can you confirm if this is correct? If so, what alternatives are available? Thank you x

Hi Gemma and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

As far as I am aware, you can absolutely still purchase Disney Dollars at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Disney Dollars can be purchased or exchanged for their equal value in United States currency at the following Walt Disney World Resort locations:-

1/ Guest Relations at Disney theme parks and water parks
2/ Your Disney Resort hotel Front Desk
3/ Your Disney Resort hotel concierge

They are available for purchase in 3 denominations—$1, $5 and $10—each with unique Disney Character portraits. (Please do note that Disney Dollar credit card purchases are limited to US $50 per day.)

Another convenient option to consider as an alternative to Disney Dollars would be a Disney Gift Card.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
