    hi, is there a way to buy disney dollars by mail or phone. My family is coming to disney in nov. and I would like to buy the kids them to use. we live in PA. so I can't run to WDW to get them and Im not coming with this time. thanks

    Hi William!  I am the queen of Disney dollars as our family plays a game every visit we take to the great Walt Disney World.. This has been going on for the last 25 years and I don't see an end to it anytime soon!

    You cannot get Disney dollars mailed to you or purchased via the phone. You have to come in person and you can get them at any Guest Service location or front desk and concierge desk at the resorts.  I have found that the best place to purchase them is at the City Hall in the Magic Kingdom. They usually have a large amount of all three denominations on hand.

    In the past the Disney Stores located throughout the US have also had the Disney Dollars available. The stores themselves have gone through some changes in the past couple of years and I am not sure this is still true so be sure and call your nearest store first before taking the trip.

    If you are not able to purchase Disney dollars I recommend you consider getting the kids some Disney gift cards. You can choose from many styles and you can do this on line so you would have them to present to the children before the trip. You can reach the home page for the gift cards by clicking HERE.
