    If I buy Disney Dollars and the cost of something includes cents, can you use regular cash or credit card to make up the difference? Likewise if cash is due from the transaction would I recieve that back? Thank you

    Yes to both questions.
    Disney Dollars are treated just like regular currency. If additional money is required, you can pay by any means you choose. Likewise, change is given as cash.
