Can you still buy Disney Dollars

Oh Janet.....I think I buy the most Disney Dollars of any guest there!  We have used them since they began many, many years ago for a family game at each meal.  My kids who are now 31 and 29 still insist we play the Disney Dollar game!

Your best luck at purchasing the Disney Dollars is at any of the park's Guest Service windows.  They will have all three of the denominations available: ones, fives, and tens.  I purchase a great amount at one time and know that they will put a limit on how much you can charge to a credit card so be prepared for that.  The resort front desks and concierges will sometimes have them as but you might not find all denominations at one place.  Downtown Disney has a Guest Service desk as well that can help you with this purchase.

When it is time to head home and you still have some Disney Dollars left you can simply turn them in at your resort for the "real" paper money or any other location on property.  Disney Dollars at Walt Disney World work as cash for anything from dining, souvenirs, and even tips. (Although the valets are not real fond of Mickey and friends faces on their money...alas).
