    Hi we would like to buy 2, 2 day tickets and come on 5/13 and 5/16 . We aren’t able to do this online is there a way you can help? Thank you 😊

    Welcome to planDisney! I am so happy to hEAR that you are trying to buy theme park tickets. 

    Looking at your dates, I checked the theme park reservation availability calendar. There are currently no park pass reservations for May 13 and 14 and only EPCOT is available on May 16 and 17. Although we cannot assist with purchasing park tickets, you can contact a Cast Member and they can assist. Given the limited park pass availability, I would not suggest that you buy tickets with those dates in mind. Each Guest has to have a park pass reservation to enter a theme park. So, always check the theme park availability calendar before buying park tickets.

    I do hope you are able to pick new dates. Once you have those tickets, you will need to link them in My Disney Experience. So, if you have not already created a My Disney Experience account, go ahead and create one and link the tickets. When your tickets are linked, you need to make those Disney Park Pass system reservations.

    I do have a few additional tips. At 60-days prior to your visit, you can make advanced dining reservations. On our last visit, having dining reservations was fantastic. We loved knowing when we would be able to eat and never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table after we did Mobile Dine Check-in.
