If I buy a 5 day ticket for one park/day and after the first day in the park decide I'd like to have the Park Hopper option can I add it, or can it only be added prior to first use?

    Hi Bill!

You are getting ready for a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation and it's not too far away! There are so many exciting things heading to the theme parks this summer that you will be able to enjoy during your trip. Did you see there's a reimagined version Rivers of Light debuting at Disney's Animal Kingdom this weekend? I can't wait to experience Rivers of Light: We Are One during my summer vacation and I hope you have that in your vacation itinerary! Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning for additional announcements about the fun you be able to enjoy during your trip.

The Park Hopper Option is a great addition to your theme park ticket. While your standard theme park tickets will allow you to enter one theme park per day, the Park Hopper Option will allow you to enjoy multiple theme parks on each day of your trip. You can upgrade your ticket to include the Park Hopper Option by visiting one of the theme park ticket windows, Guest Relations locations or Disney Resort hotel lobby concierge desks. You must upgrade your ticket within 14 days of its first use and you must have valid admissions remaining on your ticket to complete your upgrade. Other than those restrictions, your ticket can be upgraded at any point during your trip. I recommend that you upgrade your ticket at the start of your vacation so you can hop between parks throughout your vacation. There's nothing like starting your morning on Main Street, U.S.A. and ending your day enjoying the countries of Epcot's World Showcase!

Bill, since your vacation is just around the corner, be sure to make your FastPass+ reservations as soon as possible. You can begin making your FastPass+ reservations 30 days in advance, or 60 days in advance if you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel. So be sure to make your reservations early, since FastPass+ availability is limited!
