Welcome to planDisney, Rebecca!
Planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is so exciting! Did you know that the
50th Anniversary Celebration is currently underway? There are new rides and shows, EARidescent souvenirs and décor, tasty snacks and drinks, and so much more! You're going to love every moment.
I'm just looking at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar, and it does seem like the dates you're hoping to visit are pretty busy.
If you purchase a 2-day ticket then that ticket expires 4 days after the selected start date. Therefore, if you use it on May 7, then you'll need to use it sometime in the next few days. As I'm typing these words, there is availability at
EPCOT and
Disney's Animal Kingdom on May 7 and 8 and availability at Disney's Animal Kingdom on May 10. If you want to visit Magic Kingdom Park and/or Disney's Hollywood Studios, then you can always purchase the
Park Hopper Option. You could then go hop to one of those parks after 2:00 PM. If you make reservations for EPCOT and Disney's Animal Kingdom, using the Park Hopper Option, you could visit all four theme parks during your trip. But you'll want to move at Lightning McQueen speed before whilst EPCOT and Disney's Animal Kingdom are still available.
Alternatively, you can always purchase two 1-Day tickets. Since you know your schedule, you might decide that this is the better option for you.
Whatever ticket you decide to buy, make sure you check out the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. I'm hoping to be there this Tuesday and Thursday and I can't wait to check out some of the beautiful topiaries and gardens. The outdoor kitchens are also calling my hungry belly!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Rebecca.
