If I buy a 3 day pass for myself and a few more people and we all go together the first day, I’m the only California resident but can’t make all 3 days can they go without me for one of the other days?

Hello Friend, and welcome to planDisney! I love that you want to make special memories at the Disneyland Resort. Let's make sure you're set up for a great trip.

It sounds like you might be referring to the Southern California Resident Ticket, which provides a great value on three days at the parks. However, the Southern California Resident Ticket offer is only for residents within ZIP codes 90000 to 93599. Each adult using this ticket must show a government-issued photo ID at the entrance gate, like a California Driver's License or California ID, to prove eligible residency.

Even if you are eligible to take advantage of this offer, others in your party who do not live in Southern California would need to purchase standard theme park tickets unless they can also prove eligible residency. That said, check the Offers & Discounts page on the Disneyland website to see if any other deals may apply to your group.

One option might be for the group to visit during the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration, which kicks off May 16, 2025. There will be vibrant decor, special entertainment, new merchandise, and more to enjoy. A special ticket offer will also be available as a 3-Day or 4-Day Ticket, providing savings for visits taken between May 16, 2025 and August 14, 2025. Perhaps that might work well for you and your group?

My Friend, if you have any other questions, please reach out to us here at planDisney. We are always happy to help!
