Hey there, Kevin, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by the panel with your question.
My favorite Disney vacations are longer ones — complete with built-in rest days, lots of resort time, and at least a day or two at
Disney Springs. This helps us stretch our trip a few extra days, and we get to see so much more of what the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer!
Kevin,
Walt Disney World’s current ticket guidelines allow for a specific window of time to use your Theme Park Tickets before they expire. Guests who purchase 7-day Theme Park Tickets have a 10-day window from their selected start date to use their Theme Park Tickets before they expire. The days you use the tickets don’t have to be consecutive, but you will only be able to use them within that 10-day window. Keep in mind that Guests are currently required to have valid Theme Park Tickets and
Disney Park Pass reservations to enter the Theme Parks. So be sure to make park reservations for each of the days you do plan to visit the Theme Parks.
One of my favorite things about visiting Walt Disney World is that there are so many things to do on the "off" days! You can play a round of miniature golf at
Winter Summerland, shop at
World of Disney in Disney Springs, or snag a reservation for a fun-filled character breakfast at
Topolino’s Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera at Disney’s Riviera Resort. You could also use those extra days to maneuver around any Central Florida rainy days that try to dampen your vacation. No matter what option you choose, you’ll have plenty of time to make your Disney Vacation as special as it can be!
I hope this helps, Kevin. If you have more questions,
stop back by and ask me. You’ve got a friend in me!
To Infinity and Beyond,
PG
