If I buy the California resident pass and dont want to give to another person but use the passes for 6 days for one person, rather than 3 days for 2 people, can I do that?

Greetings, Corrina, and welcome to planDisney! Let's make sure you're set up for many memorable visits to the Disneyland Resort.

The 3-Day Park Hopper Ticket for California residents is a special offer for Guests living within ZIP codes 90000-96199. Eligible residents may purchase up to five tickets per day, which means you should be able to buy and use two of these tickets for yourself. When it’s time to purchase, add the tickets to your cart one at a time so you can select two different sets of dates. Start by adding the first ticket with its three reservation dates. After it's in your cart, return to the offer page and repeat the process for the second ticket and its reservation dates. Then, select yourself as the Guest for both tickets during the checkout process. If preferred, you can purchase the tickets in two different transactions.

Be sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID with your California address the first time you use these tickets. You'll have through May 21, 2026, to use them.

Corrina, I also want to mention that certain Magic Key annual passes are going on sale again soon. Since you are interested in visiting the Disneyland Resort at least six times in a short span, you might want to consider an annual pass to unlock an entire year of possibilities! The Imagine Key pass (for Southern California residents) and the new Explore Key pass will both go on sale for a limited time starting January 13, 2026. As a California resident, you'd be able to set up monthly payments if you wish. I'm a Magic Key holder and love having monthly trips to look forward to. You should consider this option if you're interested in visiting beyond the spring.

If you need some help planning out the timing of your visits, check out the Disney Parks Blog – the 2026 calendar of events highlights some exciting things coming to the Disneyland Resort. I can't wait for Bluey and Bingo to make their debut at Disneyland in late March, and the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival is one of my favorites.

Corrina, I'll wish on a star that you'll have the most magical visits to the Disneyland Resort. If you think of any other questions, please revisit us at planDisney – we're always happy to help!
