Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Janice! Thank you for bringing us your question about purchasing Walt Disney World tickets through your employer's Tickets at Work corporate benefits program.
All new Walt Disney World Annual Passes (even those purchased directly from
disneyworld.com) need to be
activated in person at a Theme Park ticket window,
Guest Relations location, or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Upon activation, you will receive a
card that may be used for admission,
FastPass+ redemption, and to
show to receive
Annual Passholder discounts and benefits.
Annual Passholders are eligible to customize a complimentary MagicBand. Once you have activated and used your Annual Pass, the option to customize your
MagicBand will be available in My Disney Experience. Your MagicBand will be shipped to your home address.
Depending upon the delivery method available with Tickets at Work, you may be able to link your purchase confirmation number to your
My Disney Experience profile prior to arrival; however your Annual Pass will not be valid until activated in person. If you
already have a working, active MagicBand linked to your account, it may be used to access your active Annual Pass admission. If not, and you don't wish to wait for your complimentary MagicBand to arrive, you may
purchase a MagicBand and link it to your account.
