I want to buy an annual pass, and I realize it comes with free parking, but do you get free parking on the first visit?

    Hi Missy!

Congratulations on soon becoming a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder!  I have been a Passholder for many many years and love all the perks and flexibility that comes with the pass like dining discounts, merchandise discounts, free parking, PhotoPass photos included, discounts on room-only reservations and much more!  I also see you are a fellow Florida resident, which entitles you to discounts on annual passes as well and you can take advantage of the monthly payment program!  Proper proof of Florida residency is required, which can just be a valid Florida driver's license.

You do not have to pay for parking upon your first visit to Walt Disney World.  Print out your annual pass purchase confirmation page and show that to the parking attendant and tell them you are going to activate it as soon as you get to the park.  Now, I have heard from a couple of friends that they were told to pay for parking, which shouldn't happen if you have a confirmation of purchase, but if this does happen, keep your parking receipt and bring it to Guest Relations at the park to receive a refund.

    Have a magical day!
