    If I buy an annual pass online, when does it become active?

    Hello, William!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    We recently just purchased our Walt Disney World Annual Passes online.  The good news is that your passes are not activated until you arrive at a WDW Theme Park.  Simply look for the ticket booths and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you with claiming you Annual Passholder ticket which resembles a credit card.  You may also activate your Annual Pass at Disney Springs.  Just head on over to Guest Services. The whole process is very easy.  Just make sure you have identification and the credit/debit card you used when you purchased your Annual Pass.  

    Diane's Tip of the Day:  Keep in mind that you may receive up to 20% off on select dining and merchandise. Always let your Cast Member know that you are an Annual Passholder in order to take advantage of these savings.
