If you buy an annual pass, when does the one year start. The day you buy the pass or the first day that you use it?

    Hi Thomas!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom's Panel. Thanks for your question about Annual Passes. I am an Annual Pass holder and I, too, wondered about this when I purchased my pass. A brand new Annual Pass is good for 366 days from the date it is used for the first time. If you renew an existing Annual Pass, however, be aware that the clock starts ticking on the 366 days the minute you pay for it. I love my Annual Pass and all of the wonderful benefits I get from being a Pass holder. Be sure to watch the Disney World Pass holders official site for special discounts and offers.

Please let us know if we can do anything else to help you. We love doing what we can to help Guests plan magical, pixie-dusted vacations. Have a wonderful day!
