Hey Jenny,
Thanks for dropping into
planDisney right before your trip. You must be super excited that you are about to visit with your new annual pass (AP). I'm not sure but it sounds like this is your first AP, and I got my first one a couple years ago. You are about to embark on a wonderful journey with an entire year of magic ahead. And the good news is, you can head straight there from the airport without having to verify any residency with the Incredi-Pass.
Annual passholders are able to spread out the magic for a whole 365 days. Some of these visits that you have ahead of you will be planned. Some of these visits ahead of you might be booked on a Friday night. Either way you can experience all of the holidays at the parks. Like the spooky season, which is just around the corner. There will be gourds and gourds of Mickey pumpkins. There will also be the
International Food and Wine Festival at Epcot starting on August 28 and ending November 22. That festival has all the goods. You might even be able to make it back this year for the holiday season where all of the parks are dressed up and showing all of their holiday spirit.
Another great part about being an annual passholder are all the cool things that come along with it.
Annual passholder benefits include discounts at select, dining and merchandise locations. Discounts on specially ticketed events, and tours. You also get those really cool magnets to put on your car. There’s a new one that just came out featuring Crush from Finding Nemo. Make sure you find the location where these are being distributed, all you will need is your AP and a valid ID. And some of the festivals you’ll also find that there are exclusive food offerings available only to passholders. There is also exclusive clothing and pins only available to passholders. Check out "The Passholder BUZZ" at the bottom of your home screen in the
My Disney Experience App. There is always great information in there for your upcoming visits.
I hope this is just the visit first of many magical AP memories in the next year.
Have a magical stay,
Jeremy A.
