Hi Margaret!
Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel again! It's so nice to see you planning another
Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
I love how thorough you are being with your planning! I also love that you are dining at
The Diamond Horseshoe! (The Saloon Feast is amazing! The Barbecued Pulled Pork is incredible! Be sure to save room for the Buttermilk-Chocolate Cake, Apple Cobbler and Layered Cheesecake! Yummy!)
Depending on the direction the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade goes on the day of your visit, you might be able to conclude your meal and then step outside to the Frontierland Viewing Area. However, I'm concerned that your schedule might be rather tight and I don't want you to have to rush through your meal. Is dining following the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade an option? I checked a few days in early October and, at this time, there is availability at 3:00 PM and later. Clearly, you need to do what works with your schedule. I just want to ensure you have the most magical time possible. To put things into perspective, I'm one of those Guests you see saving a spot on the parade route an hour early to ensure I have a great view. My thoughts and opinions may not perfectly align with the way you spend your time during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. That's one of the things I love about Walt Disney World Resort. We all vacation a bit differently but all experience the same pixie-dusted magic!
Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
