Howdy Elizabeth!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with such a great question. I'm so happy to be able to help you out today!
Well, I must say, it sounds like you already have some fabulous days planned for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I mean, a fun-filled day at
Disney's Animal Kingdom, followed by some fun and shopping over at
Disney Springs; what could be better than that!?
Elizabeth, I am glad you reached out to check on this before heading off on your vacation because there is currently no
Disney Bus Service available between Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs. While I know this may not be what you were hoping to hear, I'd love to share some alternatives to get you to your dinner on time. First, there is still free bus transportation from Disney's Animal Kingdom to the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. From there, you can transfer over to the Disney Springs bus offered from each hotel. While you can hop on the bus to any resort to make the connection, I would recommend taking the bus over to
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, which is the closest to the park. If you have a few minutes, I highly recommend popping into the resort to enjoy the views of the animals roaming the savannah. It's definitely worth the quick detour.
Alternatively, you can utilize a ride share service, like Lyft, to take you from Disney's Animal Kingdom to Disney Springs. While there is a cost associated with these services, it will likely be the fastest way to get to your dinner reservation.
Whatever mode of transportation you decide to use, I would highly recommend allowing yourself at least one hour to head over to Disney Springs just to be safe! If you get there early, you can walk around and enjoy the many fabulous shops, including
World of Disney, the world's largest collection of Disney merchandise.
Since it looks like you have your dinner plans taken care of, let's talk about some snack options for you to enjoy if you get a little rumbly in your tumbly. There are so many delicious grab-and-go options available throughout Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, but my absolute favorite is the Grilled Corn on the Cob from
Harambe Fruit Market. It's hard to believe the usual corn on the cob we know and love can get any better, but the delicious African Spice sprinkled on top really give it a special kick! If you're looking for something sweet, head over to
Pongu Pongu, located in Pandora – The World of Avatar, to pick up the Pongu Lumpia. These delicious pineapple and cream cheese springs are an incredible snack to enjoy on the go!
Elizabeth, I hope I have been able to help you today! Please feel free to stop by again with any other vacation planning questions you may have!
Have a fabulous day!
