    Tasia from AZ Asked

Are busses cleaned out after drivers shift? what happens to a bag left in a bus?

Hello Tasia and thanks for stopping by planDisney with such an important question!

Oh dear Tasia... I'm thinking that from your question that you may have lost your bag whilst travelling on the Walt Disney World Bus Service!  If so, that really isn't very magical at all.

To the best of my knowledge, Cast Members do indeed check buses for any left items and, of course Guests do hand in any found items.  These Lost & Found items are then listed with Chargerback who track mislaid items for Walt Disney World Resort.

To use Lost & Found services simply click this link and then follow the blue highlighted link: where you'll be invited to answer a short series of questions.  Chargerback will try and help locate your lost bag by supplying a claim number and reporting back via email with 48 hours.

However, for all lost items when using Disney’s Magical Express Service, Guests should call the telephone number contained within this link.

Tasia, I really do hope that with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you'll soon be reunited with your lost bag!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
