Is there a business/group rate for a childcare facility?

Welcome to planDisney, Katrina! Thanks for bringing us your question.

A group trip to Walt Disney World this summer will be so much fun! Cool Kids’ Summer will be in full swing with special events, character experiences, and the debut of multiple new attractions across the resort. My family is particularly excited for the debut of Bluey and Bingo at Animal Kingdom’s Conservation Station and the new Soarin’ Across America at EPCOT.

I’m sorry to share that there are not currently any business or group rates for a childcare facility at this time. There are other deals and discounts on tickets and hotel rooms, which can be found on the Special Offers page, and I’d definitely recommend checking that out if you haven’t already. If you are planning to book hotel rooms for your group at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel (10 rooms or more), then you’ll want to talk to a helpful Cast Member on the Group Reservations line.

One possible option you may want to look into is Disney Imagination Campus. This program gives students an opportunity to participate in awesome educational workshops and enjoy the magic of Walt Disney World with discounted student tickets. You can contact a representative to see if your group is eligible and get a quote.

Katrina, I hope you have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World later this summer. Planning a visit with a large group can be a bit of extra work, so don’t hesitate to come back to planDisney if you have additional questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Magical travels!
