    If the buses start running about an hour before the parks open, what would you suggest if you have a ressi a hour before the park opens.

    You are right, the buses do start running about an hour before the park opens.  If you do not have a car, you can ask your hotel concierge desk and they can call a taxi for you. 

    If you do have a car, ask at the front desk for a copy of the Walt Disney World roadmap and they can show you how to get to your reservation.  If the reservation is at another hotel, like the Contemporary, the Polynesian or the Grand Floridian, just tell them as you enter the resort gates that you have a reservation.  You will be allowed to park there for three hours, after which time you will have to move your car back to your resort.
