Are there buses from the Parks to Disney Springs? I read somewhere they run after 4 pm. Going mid Oct and have dining reservations in Disney Springs 2 nights. Denise

    HI Denise!

October in Walt Disney World is practically perfect! The weather is lovely, Mickey pumpkins abound, and this year you can enjoy the 50th Anniversary Celebration.

Buses run to and from Disney Springs and the Walt Disney World Resorts, but not from the theme parks to Disney Springs. Once upon a time, buses did run from some of the parks to Disney Springs late in the day, but this is currently unavailable. For transportation to Disney Springs from a park, you will need to go to the nearest resort. There you can hop aboard a bus bound for the shopping and dining complex.

Magic Kingdom: walk to Disney's Contemporary Resort

Epcot: walk to Disney's Beach Club Resort from the back entrance, the International Gateway

Disney's Hollywood Studios: walk or ride on a Friendship Boat to Disney's Boardwalk Inn or take the Disney Skyliner to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

Disney's Animal Kingdom: take a bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

Allow an hour and half for all the walking, waiting, and riding. If you want to spend every minute possible in the parks, consider a rideshare or taxi for transportation to Disney Springs. Cost within Walt Disney World is usually reasonable. Magic Kingdom's rideshare pickup is at the Ticket and Transportation Center, so ride the monorail or ferry from the park to the TTC. All other theme parks have a designated area near the front for rideshares.

Save one meal for the Epcot International Festival of Food and Wine where you can enjoy everything from Kenyan specialties to a candy topped doughnut to Australian lamb.

Enjoy your visit to see Mickey!
