Walt Disney World Bus Transportation is a great way to get around the
Walt Disney World Resort. Buses do start running an hour before park opening for each of the theme parks. Each of the theme parks has their own bus routes to and from Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. The time a bus route starts for a particular theme park depends on that park's opening time. If Magic Kingdom Park is opening at 8 a.m. the buses will start picking up guests around 7 a.m. If Epcot is not opening until 9 a.m. on the same day, the Epcot buses won't start picking up guests until closer to 8 a.m.
If you are looking for alternate transportation, you might consider
Disney's Minnie Van Service. You can request a Minnie Van through the Lyft app and it can take you to and from the resorts, theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs.
