Hi Michael, and welcome back to planDisney! Oh my Mickey ears, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation starts next week! Time to get those last-minute plans all buttoned down, so let's get to it!
It sounds like you might be planning to wind down with a lovely dinner after a busy day at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. What a practically perfect way to wrap up your day! Disney has run evening buses between the theme parks and Disney Springs in the past, but
according to the Disney Springs website, it looks like that service is currently on hold. I'd double-check with a transportation Cast Member either aboard a bus or at a stop while you're there, just to be sure. They'll have the most up-to-date information.
There are a couple of other ways you can get from Disney's Hollywood Studios to Disney Springs. The fastest and most direct would be to use a ride share service like Lyft or Uber. There's a Guest pick-up and drop-off area near the park entrance, so you can just meet your driver there. It's an extra expense, but it may be worth your while if you're trying to make it to a dining reservation.
If you have a little more time and don't mind going out of your way a bit, a ride on the
Disney Skyliner would be a lot of fun! You can fly to
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, where you'll need to hop off and either walk across the street to the bus stop at the Jamaica village, or switch to the
Disney's Pop Century/
Art of Animation line and head to the front of one of those Resort hotels to catch a bus to Disney Springs. It's the closest thing to a
Magic Carpet I know of!
I hope this helps you get around the Walt Disney World Resort with a little dash of pixie dust, Michael. Please come see us again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
