Is the bus ride to MK from PO Riverside about the same as, shorter or longer in comparison to A.S.Movies. Planning next trip and trying to decide between value or moderate. Would like to be closer to MK than the All Star Resorts are.

Hi Deanna.    I have stayed at both resorts mentioned and as I recall the time was about the same to Magic Kingdom.    To confirm, I checked my Disney Guide book and they also confirm a similar travel time from both resorts (an average 22 minutes).

If you are interested in time to other resorts,  these resorts also have similar travel times to Disney Hollywood Studios.   Differences do exist -- for the other two parks with All Star Movies being closer to Animal Kingdom and Port Orleans Riverside being closer to Epcot.   The difference is about six minutes on average.   This makes sense given the relative proximity of the resort to these parks.

From the information you provided, It appears that travel times should not be a major consideration in your decision of which resort you choose.   Either way, I don't think you will be disappointed.   These are two of my favorites in the value and moderate hotel classifications.  Hope this helps!
