Hi there, Rebecca! Thanks so much for making a return trip to planDisney--it's great to see you again. I see that you're currently enjoying what I hope is a super-magical vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort, so let's choose our putters and tee off to find the answer to your question!
Since our kids were very small, we've always built in a resort day or two to enjoy all the fun at our Disney
Resort Hotel and some of the other cool spots all around Walt Disney World. Everyone in our 'Ohana loves miniature golf and demands that we make time for a friendly round or two!
Rebecca, I checked with a Cast Member who informed me that unfortunately, there are not buses running to
Winter Summerland Miniature Golf. The two courses are still open for business, but you would need to use your own vehicle or take rideshare. I will say that we use Lyft and Uber quite a bit when we visit Walt Disney World and it's a convenient way to get from point A to point B--there are always lots of drivers available and it keeps the fares low. For a more magical ride, you can also use the
Disney Minnie Van Service that ferries Guests around the "world" in polka-dotted style. These vehicles are driven by Disney Cast Members and include carseats, which is a great option if you have little ones in your group.
Your alternative for some putt-putt time is
Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf. There is not a direct bus to this course either, but it's easily walkable from
Disney's BoardWalk and the International Gateway entrance to
EPCOT. The
Fantasia-themed miniature golf course is our family's favorite! You can make reservations or simply walk up--you may have a short wait, but it's usually not too bad.
I hope your family is enjoying the sunshine and making core memories all over the place, Rebecca! Thanks again for visiting planDisney, and please stop by again anytime if we can help with any other questions.
See Ya Real Soon!
Susan
